No — and anything that promises otherwise is selling you something it can't deliver. ShieldGuard is a second opinion, not a shield. When the analysis is unsure we say "suspicious," never "safe." When money is involved, slow down and talk to someone you trust before acting.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks, no phone calls. Every receipt email from Stripe includes a "Manage subscription" link — open it and choose Cancel. You can also email us at support@tryshieldguard.com and we will cancel for you. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What counts as a family household?
One Family plan covers up to 4 households: yours plus up to 3 family members you invite. Each person gets their own private link and uses the service on their own phone or computer — a parent across town, a sibling in another state. One bill covers everyone.
Can I switch from an Individual plan to Family later?
Yes — upgrade any time. Choose the Family plan, then cancel your individual plan from the "Manage subscription" link in any receipt email. You keep access until the end of what you already paid for. If anything is confusing, email support@tryshieldguard.com and we will sort it for you.
